Sunday Seven 29th Edition

Happy Sunday, Friends!

Since this week has been "a walk in the park", I thought it was appropriate to use the header illustrating said walk. This weekend I offer 7 quotations (ones that are not frequently quoted, I hope) that I find encouraging.

1. Schweitzer, Albert: I don't know what your destiny will be, but one thing I do know: the only ones among you who will be really happy are those who have sought and found how to serve.

2. Irving, Washington: Great minds have purposes, little minds have wishes.

3. Yutang, Lin: "I have done my best." That is about all the philosophy of living one needs.

4. Benjamin Franklin: Dost thou love life? Then do not squander time, for that is the stuff life is made of.

5. Juvenal: Luxury is more deadly than any foe.

6. Blaise Pascal: It is not good to be too free. It is not good to have everything one wants.

7. Cherokee Saying: When you were born, you cried and the world rejoiced; live your life so that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice.

Happy upcoming week, Friends!

So glad you week was a walk in the park. My prayer for you is that it will continue to be so. Loved the quotes, the only one I had heard before was Ben Franklin's.
