Tip #2 - Remember that the primary requirement of a family meal is that it provide nutrition -- not that it taste good. Repeat this mantra to yourself until you really believe it, and meal-planning should lose much of its pressure. Good taste would be a nice plus factor, but the purpose of eating is to strengthen the body. A nutritious meal should have some protein and plenty of vitamins and minerals. Usually that is a meat (or meat substitute) and some fruits or vegetables. In the course of a day, each person should eat of all the colors. We eat to live - not live to eat!
