In our family, we've always referred to the day before Christmas Eve as Christmas Eve Eve, but that might just be changing. A pastor friend of our says his son decided years ago to call this day Christmas Adam. His reasoning was that since Adam was created just before Eve, Christmas Adam must be the day before Christmas Eve.
