Tip #4: Remember that you need at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day, and they are best for you uncooked. That's easy!!! Just add a plate of tomato slices, broccoli florets, baby carrots, apple slices, a can of fruit, etc. to improve the health value (and appearance) of any meal.

You know, you really SHOULD write a book on the JOB of cooking. If people approach it as a job - organize the process and plan ahead as they would do with any other job - it would be simpler. I love the idea,

I agree with Carol. I use your first book, "Let's Eat In" a good bit. I'd use it more if I cooked more. :-) You should write another one with you Job of Cooking ideas!
